  • 1 celery rib, diced

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped dill
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the cooked chickpeas using a potato masher or fork until roughly broken up.
